Minus three,
A.M. tea,
A routine,
From their bed they hear me
tapping hollow steel,
Lost in thought,
Laugh out loud,
It hits me back,
I find the now,
Dizzy,
Kettle calls me steady,
Beat the click to win,
Oh OCD you're counting,
Note-to-self-blessing,
Curse myself, amen
to those who never seem to think,
Show myself the door,
Usual speed.
